2. Train with a Barbarian Coach
Every session is fully coached. From warm-up to final round, our coach structures the workout, manages the pace and keeps intensity high.
Every minute is used, nothing is wasted.
3. Follow the Barbarian Method
Each workout is built on the Barbarian Method, a codified system combining strength, cardio and endurance through progressive formats. The methodology is designed to burn calories, build full-body power and keep progress moving.

I joined Barbarians Tribes out of curiosity. At the first session, I was immediately hooked by the energy of the group. The coaches are demanding, but fun, caring and supportive at the same time. The joyfulness of the whole tribe makes every session a good moment. I had to push myself in order to try to catch up the athletic level of the group, but it lead me to finally complete some long time objectives, like running my first marathon. In this community, I also found the right companions, always up to new races, new cycling trips and new obstacle races. Joining the tribe had incredibly positive effects in my life, I recommend every person.
BarbarianTribes offers the best workout group can provide: you just need to bring yourself to the session, and you workout outdoors - fresh air and nature for at least an hour, exercises are simple but very effective, so you can turn off your brain and build up the best version of self. I love the background music - it helps to shift my focus from the physical challenge I am going through to the songs I love, hence I can work out joyfully. The (enter)trainers are great - they are supportive and inspirational, at the same time always pushing you to put in your best efforts. I love to be part of the tribe. People who like to spend time outdoors, who like to challenge themselves, and who appreciate being around like-minded people will never regret joining the community.
I was with the Tribe for three years. I only left because I had to for personal reasons - and it is missed! It elevated every aspect of my life, not just fitness. The best community in town. If you are thinking about trying it, don't think. Just do it. You won't regret it.
I have been training with the Barbarian Tribes for more than 10 months. I love it! The trainings are dynamic and challenging. The coaches are the best- supportive, motivating and they know their drill 🙂 We always train outdoors which makes it very beautiful and addictive. And of course the people- you get to know and create connections with amazing people!

No, we don’t do session packages. Being Barbarian means joining a club, a community built on time and consistency. Real change doesn’t come from a handful of workouts, but from showing up regularly, together. That steady rhythm is what creates strength, balance, and lasting results. This is the Barbarian philosophy.
Our groups are kept small/ medium size on purpose. It makes the sessions run smoothly and, more importantly, it lets the coach really focus on each member’s needs. That way, everyone gets the attention and energy they deserve.

No, they are quite different. Barbarian Trainings are a mix of Bodyweight, Hiit, Step, Speed & Strength trainings. We use almost no equipment, reducing the risks of injury to zero. All the workouts are organized outdoors, in team, with the support of your fellow Barbarians.
